The planning committee invites you to participate in the conference as a vendor at the CBAA Vendor’s Fair. The Vendor’s Fair takes place Friday, January 5, 8:00am – 5:30pm and Saturday, January 6, 8:00am – 5:30pm. The vendor’s fair fee is a mere $150 for a 8x3 foot table.
However, in addition to participating in the Vendor’s Fair, you may also elect to sponsor the conference but are not required to do so. A sponsorship donation of $500, in addition to the vendor's fair fee, allows you to place a 1/4 page ad in the conference program, as well as place any additional promotional items such as brochures in all of the conference bags. Advertisements are due by October 1
Other levels of support are also available:
Supporter – $250
• Business name or logo featured on CBAA conference website through the end of the conference.
• Listing in conference program.
Sponsor – $500
• All the Supporter benefits, plus:
• 1/4 page advertisement to appear in the conference program
• Option to enclose a product brochure in the conference folder given to attendees.
Patron – $1,000
• All the Sponsor benefits, plus:
• 1/2 page advertisement to appear in the conference program
• Attendance at all educational and social activities.
• Recognition at the opening and closing ceremonies
• Banquet attendance for two.
Benefactor – $2,000 +
• All the Patron benefits, plus:
• Full page advertisement to appear in the conference program
• Banquet attendance for four.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the CBAA conference organizers. No refunds will be given after December 1, 2017.
